Yvonne and I have recently been attending a new church in the Culver City area called Catalyst Church. You can check out their new website located here. What a great way to spend a Saturday! This past weekend, had my bachelorette day and spent the afternoon with my bridesmaids learning some crazy, *meow, meow* moves that involved a pole and crawling on the floor. Yes. We did.

Ended up at El Centro where I had to follow my ladies’ whimsical wishes and task list. Needless to say, I lost my dinner but had an awesome time before that point! =) Thanks ladies!! Note: DO NOT MIX DRINKS!

We’ve been busy putting together the slideshow for the wedding reception over the last few days and I just have to put in a plug for this software app that we’ve been using. It’s called ProShow Gold and it was developed by the folks over at Photodex Corportation and this is one cool application. It’s incredibly easy to put together a slideshow using your digital images and digital music files - plus the application provides TONS of transition options including Ken Burns style motion effects. I originally began the project by using Adobe Premiere but that app was a bit overkill for the work that I needed to get done. ProShow Gold is a definite winner in our household - plus it has the ability to create web based slideshows so you’ll see our footage online after the wedding. Here’s the link to the website.

We’ve decided to spend our honeymoon in Thailand! The country of $5 massages, lavish boy/girl shows, exotic beaches, beautiful scenery, bargain shopping, extraordinary history/culture and *ahem* talented skill trades.
We’ve chosen this place for part of our stay in Bangkok. The Davis Hotel. It’s the first ever boutique hotel in Bangkok. It looks really beautiful from the hotel gallery photos. My brother just went there a few weeks ago and raved about this place.
